Another small update...
Hey my people! As you saw from the post right below this one, I have been working on a project in my 3D class. I also posted a screen capture of the project I am working on. Well, I just finished rendering a frame from that and here it is:
I still need to work on lighting and texturing but it's coming along pretty well!
Just two more days of classes left. In my whole college career! Wow! I can't believe it!
Also, I don't have classes on Friday's so I guess its only 1 day of classes left.
I am going to miss dorm life, but I am excited (which is an understatement) about making the transition into married life.
We are just about to finalize the apartment deal so that's something else I'm crossing off the list. Actually, I have a picture of it. Here you go!
It's the upstairs one. It is a 2 bedroom, one bath, 1,095 sq. feet, wood burning fireplace, the complex has two pools, and one of them is right behind us and the mail and laundry facility is right behind us as well. We have washer and dryer connections, so we'll probably get some used ones so we can do laundry in the apartment.
We are just so excited! I have a job, an apartment, and I'll soon have a wife!
Well, thats about it for now, I better get going. I have some stuff to do before the year ends! Take care!

What I'm working on right now...
It's getting really close to the end of the year. I have been wrapping things up in my classes, and feeling really good about everything. I just thought I'd share the project I'm working on in my 3D class. I'm modeling an apartment. It's still pretty rough, but it's coming along nicely. I've downloaded a Lightwave trial so I can work in my room because it's been a lot easier that way. Anyway, enjoy!

Random updates.
Wow, I have been gone for quite some time. It's just so much as been bogging me down. I'm just trying to get to the end of the year and so much is getting in the way. I'm in the clear now though. So I'm feeling pretty good. I also just knocked out two 3 and 4 page papers that are due next week. My goal is to have a nice and easy weekend.
Anyway, here are some pictures I have been meaning to post. Enjoy!
For Josh's senior recital, I ran the media. Matt ran camera/s. Yes, we have 3 macs set up. But we really only used one, the middle one. We came into some snags connecting the iMac to dual projectors so we had to switch everything last minute and use the 15inch Powerbook. The 12inch was just for looks, although it did have the rundown on it.
The painting on the right is one of Jenni's paintings that is hanging up at ORU. I love it! It is huge! Isn't she the best?! You can see some more of her work at: CLICK HERE
This is me at the airport at Spring Break. Stupid waiting at the airport...
The weather in Tulsa has been pretty nice. Today it rained, which was nice because it helped to knock some of the pollen down. My allergies flared up a week ago, but they are under control now.
I am so excited about getting married! Just another 31 days! How cool is that!

Well, I can't talk much, just wanted to give you a little hello, let you know I'm still here. Let me leave you with a guaranteed time waster... Desktop Tower Defense (oh, and check out scores in the group "Vatican8").

No pics for me.
ORU's web proxy is blocking my pictures on here again. This has happened in the beginning of the year. I know it's nothing personal, I guess they just don't allow my pictures because their program think their bad or something. I don't know. I've emailed them so I'm sure it will be fixed in a few days. So if the pictures I post (I may keep posting them even though I can't see them) are off center or text is over them or whatever, forgive me.
It's a really nice day here at ORU. The sun is shining and the birds are chirping. Spring is in the air. I just need to graduate so I can enjoy it!
Anyway, I'm about to go to QuikTrip to get something to drink. I think I'll mix my own vanilla coke. No one sells that anymore, but I have always loved it.
You know what else I love? The smell of my new hair wax/gel. It's utterly divine...
Anyway, I better get going. You all have a great day. I'm going to get outside for a little bit to enjoy this cloudless, 77%, perfect day. Take care!

Bikin at Greenleaf
Yesterday I went mountain biking with the Church On The Move Cycling Club. We went to Greenleaf Lake. I've never been there before and a lot of people say that it's a really good trail.
It was almost perfect weather, but the ground was a little muddy at times. I totally had my tires inflated too high and I was sliding around on rocks and corners. I finally deflated like 5-10 psi and I was much better off.
Oh, I also started off really suckin' wind! I mean, I was stinking things up! I think it was just that I didn't get breakfast and I was still a little tired. But after about mile 5 or 6 I felt a ton better! I was climbing better... I was navigating over rocks better... It was a 180 degree turn around!
Anyway, here is a link to the trail on MTBR.com. Check it out! I liked it, but I like the Womble more. This was pretty rocky, very technical. I like a more hardpack singletrack myself.
But it was great! Nice weather, great company... you can't ask for much more!
